Our guide to buying WSU items offers ideas and assistance to members of the university community seeking to buy WSU-related products for fund-raisers, giveaways, and promotions. The guide makes it easy to locate a licensed vendor—a company authorized to produce merchandise with the WSU names and logos.
By working with a licensed vendor, you will have easy access to WSU’s spirit and academic logos. The university requires that all staff, students, administrators, and faculty buy items with WSU trademarks from licensed vendors. The following businesses have been identified as companies who can service many of the campus community custom needs. Each company is independently owned and operated, but hold a license to produce product with the WSU trademarks and logos.

An 8.5% royalty will apply if the item being produced is intended for retail (i.e. resold for profit).
A 10% royalty will apply if the artwork includes one or more sponsor logos – regardless of whether the item will be sold or not. (The royalty rate is applied to the total gross invoice amount).
There is not a royalty applied for items produced for WSU department, club or organization giveaways that do not include one or more sponsor logos.
